New China Export Certificates
Over the past couple of months, discussions have taken place between the UK and China to update the export certification for pork products. This has resulted in new export certificates being drawn up for the processors to use and to accompany all pork products from 1st July 2017.
As members will be aware, this certification relies on supporting documentation from the farmer and their veterinary surgeon to be submitted with the pigs, so updated versions of both the ANNA and ANNB certificates will need to be used, along with a new ANNC certifcate. These documents, along with the new notes for guidance, are available for download from the UK Export website.
