PVS Autumn 2026 Meeting

Location : Radisson Blu Hotel, London Stansted Airport
*Note Re Conference Parking
Upon arrival at the hotel, please park in the BLUE car park.
Take a ticket and once at hotel reception, please hand over your ticket to the reception team and mention that you are with the PVS Autumn Conference.
After the conference, and as you exit the car park, press the button on the exit barrier and quote PVS conference……the barrier will then be lifted and you can exit without having any parking charges.

Please Note: Permission for non-members and guests to attend must be obtained from the President Alex Thomsett.
Guests can only be booked by a member, non-members can 'Apply for Membership' (above) and when approved, this will allow you to book a place at the meeting.
If you experience any problems, please contact PVS Webmaster.
Please book as soon as possible to guarantee your place – the early bird rate lasts until Tuesday 22nd September 6pm BST, after which bookings will incur an additional £55 booking fee due to the extra administration required.
Conference bookings will close on Friday 9th October at 6pm BST.
In the event of receiving a cancellation request prior to the early bird rate closing, a 50% refund will be given. A refund will not be available after the early bird rate has closed.
If you are attending the meal on Wednesday night you will need to select your menu choices.
