PVS 2019 Autumn Meeting

13th - 14th November 2019

We will be heading to Oulton Hall, Leeds for the PVS Autumn 2019 meeting which will be taking place on the 13th and 14th November. We have a full and exciting programme (left), and we look forward to returning to Leeds. Please click here to view the hotel website.

Please Note: Permission for non-members and guests to attend must be obtained from the President Richard Pearson: president@pigvetsoc.org.uk. Guests can only be booked by a member, non-members can 'Apply for Membership' (above) as a non-member that, when approved, will allow you to book a place at the Meeting.

Please note that in the event of receiving a cancellation request prior to the early bird rate closing (1st November at 6pm), a 50% refund will be given. A refund will not be available after the early bird rate has closed

If you are attending the dinner on the Wednesday night, you will also need to select your menu options.

MENU

Ham hock & herb terrine with piccalilli dressing, crispbread & herb salad

Eight hour braised beef featherblade with double cream mash, peppered greens, port wine & thyme gravy

Baked fillet of pork with roasted onion & potato mash, glazed swede, apple compote and cider sauce

Grilled polenta with thyme scented wild mushrooms, wilted spinach and shallot marmalade dressing (v)
